Product Inquiry
1-2 weeks
Archway will conduct market research for each product inquiry requested by the client, following the details, specifications, parameters, and certifications required for the product after a signed agreement between both parties.
Product sample
1-2 weeks
Client will have the option to request product designs and samples before mass production. Productions will undergo strict quality inspections by Archway's team to meet market standards. There must be a costumer approval of production samples before mass production.
Production
4-6 weeks
The production of the product approved by the customer will be released after the purchase order is confirmed and the supplier receives the payment. Terms of payments and the production time will vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. Archway's team will monitor the production process and resolve any issue that might arise during the manufacture.
Importation
4-5 weeks
After the production is complete, the customer can opt to do a final quality control inspection before making the final payment for the goods. If the customer opts out of the final inspection, Archway will proceed with the importation process. Archway's team will organize and coordinate the shipment and the freight, and provide required documentation for custom declaration. The customer will be responsible for any and all the fees incurred in this process.
Logistics
Archway will coordinate and handle the logistics of the shipment from the moment that the goods are ready for importation until they reach the final destination at the client's location of choice.
Most of the time, it takes a maximum of 7 days for the goods to arrive at the client's location after they are cleared through customs.
